3. INSPECTION OF PROPERTY
Inspect and take photographs of the conditions of the property.
Prepare a list of fixture and fittings (if any) and attached to the offer letter.
4. ENGAGE A LAWYER WITH 3Rs
- Engage a responsible, reliable and responsive lawyer to review the terms stated in the offer letter before you sign and to process your Sale and Purchase Agreement and Loan Documentation;
- Get your OWN lawyer to act for your best interest. It is NOT ADVISABLE to use ONE(1) lawyer for the seller and the buyer.
5. LOAN APPROVED & PLAN PAYMENT
- Buy with Loan: Apply and get your housing loan approved and get ready with the cash difference between loan and purchase price;
- Buy with Cash: Get ready with enough cash
